I just had this image in mind for some weird subconscious reason and decided to make it :P
I used Maya Zbrush and Substance painter for this project
Started with the base mesh in Maya before sending it to Zbrush
Worked on volumes and first level of detail in ZBrush before coming back to Maya to do proper UVs
Went back to Zbrush to add all the small details (skin texture, veins etc.) and then posed the model before exporting the maps
I then proceeded to texture the whole thing in Substance Painter with Subsurface Scattering
I then assembled all the elements, added the hair, and tweaked some final details before the final render
